Meta and OpenAI are billed separately

Your AgendaYa plan doesn't include what Meta charges for WhatsApp or OpenAI's usage. Each bills you directly: Meta to your WhatsApp Business account and OpenAI to the key you connect in the panel. This calculator adds the three up so you can see the total, but they are three separate bills.

Meta's conditions, in short

Meta charges per delivered template message. The rate depends on the client's country and the template category.
When a client writes to you, a 24-hour service window opens: everything you answer inside it is free, including utility templates.
Outside that window, a utility template (reminder, confirmation) costs US$0.0008 in Colombia. This calculator assumes the worst case: every template billed.
Marketing templates cost US$0.0125 in Colombia and have no volume discount. Utility and authentication ones do get cheaper at high volume.
If the client arrives from an ad that opens WhatsApp (Click-to-WhatsApp), the conversation is free for 72 hours.
Meta may adjust its rates at the start of each quarter. The figures on this page are the August 2026 reference.
